While you&#8217;re at it &#8211; check out <b>The Observer<\/b> reporter <b>Paul Morley<\/b>&#8216;s piece on <a href=\"http:\/\/observer.guardian.co.uk\/omm\/story\/0,,1777016,00.html\">the Manchester and Liverpool music scenes<\/a> following the punk revolution of summer 1976.
